Built in traditional Mallorcan style with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta floors, it is a relaxed, well-proportioned house that makes the most of its setting. The master suite occupies the upper level and looks directly out to sea, while the remaining bedrooms are arranged at one end of the villa, each with its own seating area.
The lounge opens onto a covered outdoor pergola, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas look out across the landscape. The private heated pool sits on a terrace with sea views, and the shared tennis court is a short walk away. A pebble beach is reachable on foot in around twenty minutes.
