Es Canutells beach is around 20 minutes’ walk through the grounds, Sant Climent village is three minutes by car, and Mahon is 15 minutes away with its excellent waterfront restaurants.

The owners cultivate an extensive orchard producing their own fruit and vegetables, keep hens, and produce wine from their own vineyard.
