Villa Nina is a whitewashed property set high on a hill in Porroig, one of the quieter and more private stretches of Ibiza's south coast, with views across the Mediterranean towards Formentera. The area is sparsely developed by design, and the sense of seclusion is real. Accommodation is spread across the main house, a self-contained one-bedroom apartment and a guest cottage, giving larger groups the flexibility to be together or apart as the mood takes them.
The main house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows directly to the outdoor terrace and pool, with a cinema room for evenings and a gym for mornings. Interiors were renovated by a French design studio, with white and cream tones throughout and colourful textiles that keep the spaces feeling light and considered. Outside, a thatched dining area, pool terrace and multiple lounge spots make it easy to settle into a slow Ibizan rhythm. Cala Jondal beach and Ibiza Town are both close when the group is ready to venture out.
