Finca C'an Talaieta sits on a hillside above the village of S'Horta in the southeast of Mallorca, set within 7,500 square metres of private gardens with long views down across the valley and surrounding countryside. Parts of the building are medieval in origin and the house was thoroughly restored and refurnished in 2023, keeping the original character of the stone walls and antique doors while bringing the interiors fully up to date. The result is a house that feels rooted in its landscape without sacrificing any comfort.
Inside, five suites and a double room are arranged across two floors, each with its own lounge area and ensuite bathroom. The communal spaces are equally well considered, with a panoramic fireplace in the sitting room, a dedicated TV room with a built-in sofa and a professional kitchen. Outside, the swimming pool and Argentinian asado grill anchor the outdoor life, with a shaded dining terrace and a lemon garden and cactus patio adding their own character to the grounds. C'an Talaieta suits groups who want a house with genuine history and the facilities to match.
